I first learned massage in 1982 and practiced intuitive relaxation massage treating my family and friends, as a hobby, for more than 20 years prior to returning to school. In 2009, I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria where I studied many types of massage therapy from Swedish Massage to Sports Massage and Muscle Energy Techniques. In my practice, I focus on chronic pain management and injury rehabilitation, with a special interest in Myofascial Release.  I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and belong to the Massage Therapists Association of BC.  I am fully insured and use the most environmentally aware methods available for safe and effective hygiene, cleaning and laundry.

I have lived in the West Shore communities of Victoria, for 18 years, where I have been raising my 3 sons. My wife, Guinevere Howes, is a Realtor with Century 21 Queenswood.  Originally, I am from Prince George, via Vancouver.  I was a restaurateur for many years and previously, a franchise partner with two Victoria White Spot Restaurant locations.
